Our Peated Single Malt has been inspired by classic production methods and fueled by American innovation. We source peated barley from Scotland, use mineral rich water from Sierra snowmelt, and age in first-fill bourbon barrels to produce a whisky that is smoky, fruity, and well rounded.

TASTING NOTES

Nose: Citrus, with a peat smoke essence

Color: Light golden

Palate: Creamy full flavors of vanilla and dark red apple peels, turning into rounded peat flavors. A delicate balance of fruity and smoky notes.

This limited edition whiskey honors Grand Teton National Park and helps support the Grand Teton National Park Foundation in their continued efforts to preserve natural and cultural resources and enhance the national park experience for generations to come. The Wyoming Whiskey National Parks No.3 – Snake River, Grand Teton National Park bottle is the third collectible limited edition release in an Annual National Series. This year subdues the more floral Notes of last year’s edition and plays to the granite ruggedness of the Tetons.

"Our family links to the whisky industry date back to 1824," says William Wemyss, the founder and CEO of Wemyss Malts, "when John Haig built his distillery on family land in Fife."Wemyss (pronounced "Weems") is the ancient Gaelic word for caves and stems from the rocky outcrop on which the Wemyss family home Castle Wemyss rests. Haig's distillery eventually became known as Cameron Bridge and in 1826, it became the first distillery to produce grain whisky using the column still method invented by Robert Stein. Today, the Wemyss family expertly blends some of the finest whiskies made across Scotland. "Our whiskies are chosen by a tasting panel" says Wemyss, "and the tasting panel comprises people who work in the business, members of the family, and most importantly, is chaired by Charlie MacLean who helps us select the industry's best whiskies to bottle under our brand." MacLean, who has been writing about whisky since 1981, was trained in "the sensory evaluation of potable spirits"by the Scotch Whisky Research Institute in 1992. In addition to being a visiting lecturer at the Smithsonian Institution, he is also a Councillor of Clan Maclean and was elected Master of the Quaich (Quaich is derived from the Gaelic word meaning cup), one of the Scotch industry's highest accolades, in October 2009. Blended with up to 16 different single malt whiskies to produce 3 signature styles of whisky named after their flavor profiles. 8YO Spice King is a Highland Island blend, bottled at an untamed 56% ABV, its spicy character, which takes over near the finish, is amplified by the strong ABV, but the whisky is led by smoky, sweet, zesty, earthy notes.

Peanut Butter Cup Flavored Whiskey

Something about peanut butter, chocolate, and whiskey just works. Immensely popular and sure to please, our peanut butter cup can function as the perfect mixer for Reese’s lovers, or across the rocks as an after-dinner treat.

The richness comes from finishing much of the whisky in custom-made new French oak casks, which impart deep spice-like flavours.

FLAVOUR PROFILE

Baking spice notes such as clove and ginger surround a core of fruity maltiness.

The Beverly High Rye is a uniquely fine American whiskey, masterfully crafted using hand selected Straight Ryes and Straight Bourbons from Iowa and Indiana. Each batch is perfected at Cedar Ridge Distillery in Swisher, Iowa.

Offering flavors of extravagant spices paired with a rich mouthfeel and a silky-smooth finish, The Beverly High Rye is best enjoyed neat, on the rocks, or in a signature cocktail for an exceptional sipping experience.

Girvan distillery is located on the Clyde, in the coastal Lowlands. William Grant & Sons decided to build Girvan after a dispute with Distillers Company Limited. They decided to run a TV ad for Standfast Whisky from Grant's, DCL was against this, so WGS decided to build the Girvan distillery. They did it in just 9 months. Original Coffey stills were used until 1995. Nowadays Girvan uses 6 column stills for its production. The distillery mainly produces grain Whisky for brands as well as Hendrick's Gin. It was also a site for Ladyburn Whisky at one point.

Aroma and Taste

Nose: Maple syrup, honeycomb and soft cedar spiciness.

Palate: Orange peels, confectioner's sugar, honey and toasted cereals.

Finish: Long and full of dried fruits, the vanilla and oak standing out amongst it all.

Jameson Caskmates: Irish Whiskey Finished in Craft Beer Barrels

An experimental edition whiskey, Jameson Caskmates is traditional Jameson Irish Whiskey finished in craft beer barrels. Caskmates has the triple-distilled smoothness of Jameson with a once-stouted, truly unique finish.

The taste of the Irish pot still whiskey is complemented by the effect of time spent in the beer cask, which brings subtle flavors of butterscotch, cocoa beans, and hops. Hints of marzipan and charred oak add to the whiskey's deep flavor.

Ole Smoky’s take on a blended whiskey led to this smooth, smoky flavor that pairs perfectly with cola or, for the purists, a nice long pour over rocks in your favorite glass.

A Japanese spirit known for its unique flavor profile. It is a delightful blend of whisky and the essence of ume plums, a popular fruit in Japanese cuisine. The whiskey is produced by the Akashi distillery, located in the Hyogo Prefecture, which has a long-standing tradition of crafting exceptional spirits.

The process of making Akashi Ume Plum Whiskey involves infusing the whisky with ume plums during the aging process. The plums impart their sweet and tart flavors to the whiskey, creating a harmonious combination. The result is a smooth and well-balanced spirit with a distinct plum character that sets it apart from traditional whiskies.

The Ume Plum Whiskey can be enjoyed in various ways. Some prefer savoring it neat or on the rocks to appreciate its complex flavors fully. Others enjoy it as a component in cocktails, adding a unique twist to classic recipes. The whiskey's versatility makes it a popular choice among both whisky enthusiasts and those new to the world of spirits.

Akashi Ume Plum Whiskey embodies the craftsmanship and attention to detail for which Japanese distilleries are renowned. It showcases the blending of traditional whisky-making techniques with the rich flavors of indigenous fruits, resulting in a truly exceptional and memorable drinking experience.

A small number of Oloroso sherry casks which demonstrate exceptional character have been chosen by Master Blender Dr. Rachel Barrie for the eleventh batch of The GlenDronach Grandeur.

This expression is an exquisite representation of the rich, complex and full-bodied style of The GlenDronach Distillery. All of its natural colour has been drawn from the casks in which it has rested for almost three decades. Each bottle is individually numbered by hand as a reflection of its rarity.

TASTING NOTES

APPEARANCE: Ruby tinged walnut.

NOSE: Opulent and powerful with a symphony of sherry aromatics, interwoven with dark manuka honey, roasted almond and walnut. Baked plum and ginger captivate the senses, deepening to rustic vintage leather and freshly ground coffee.

PALATE: Intense and full-bodied with dark fruit notes on a base of velvet and fine leather. A crescendo of black cherry and espresso adorns each mouthful.

CONCLUSION: Richly rewarding, with a persistent chocolate, liquorice and walnut finish.

A 6 month accelerated-aged Kentucky Bourbon. WBW has a unique flavor with a light front end of Cabernet berries with a smooth bourbon middle and a long-lasting Carmel finish on the back of the mouth. The mash was made in Kentucky, then sent in barrels to a manufacturer to accelerate the aging process by using ultrasonic waves (more Bourbon to stave contact). The Bourbon was then finished at our San Diego distillery in French Oak Cabernet wine barrels used to make Charles Woodson's Napa Valley wine.
