About the Brand

Four-time NBA Champion and two-time MVP Stephen Curry is entering the spirits industry with the upcoming launch of Gentleman’s Cut Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey. Years in the making, this highly anticipated, fine-aged bourbon will be released worldwide this July by Game Changer Distillery located in Boone County (Independence, KY).

The name, Gentleman’s Cut speaks to the art of crafting a truly fine spirit, as well as to Curry’s skillful movement on and off the court. Motivated by his passion for premium bourbon, Curry was intimately involved in every step of the process – from the manufacturing, blending, and aging to the packaging and marketing efforts.

Aged 5-7 years and bottled at 90 proof, Gentleman’s Cut Kentucky straight bourbon is polished and smooth.

We’ve carefully crafted a blend of 75% Corn, 21% Rye, and 4% Malted Barley that delivers a seamless sip of honey, fresh vanilla bean, and rich caramel on the palate. The rye element engages earthy and spicy notes, while the dash of barley offers bold touches of cocoa and toast.

Bulleit Bourbon is inspired by the whiskey pioneered by an old family recipe over 150 years ago. Only ingredients of the very highest quality are used. The subtlety and complexity of Bulleit Bourbon come from its unique blend of rye, corn, and barley malt, along with special strains of yeast and pure Kentucky limestone filtered water. Due to its especially high rye content, Bulleit Bourbon has a bold, spicy character with a finish that's distinctively clean and smooth.

At Amador Whiskey Company, we partner with the finest distillers to create small batch, luxury whiskies. Amador Double Barrel is a classic low rye bourbon aged in new charred American oak barrels for 3 years, which creates flavors of vanilla, black cherry, caramel. It is then finished in former medium toast French Oak Cabernet barrels for 9–12 months, which provides additional vanilla notes and a smooth mouthfeel. The “Double Barrel” aging technique creates characteristics from the individual barrels that are then blended together to make an exceptional tasting Bourbon, far greater than the sum of its parts.

Deep copper brown color with red hue from Cabernet wine barrels. Flavors of vanilla and toast lead the way, then a crescendo of caramel, crème brûlée, and spice take over and linger in its long finish. Rich, complex, and layered.

NOSE: Salted pistachios, malt, hay, herbal pine, banana chips, orchard fruit, melon rind, wax and vanilla. Just a wonderful, sweet and nutty, fruity whisky that’s shockingly different from the regular Amrut Classic Indian Single Malt Review.

PALATE: Waxy banana, malt, orchard fruit, melon rind, herbal pine, vanilla, pistachios, golden raisins, oak, baking spice and a touch of black licorice. The palate of the Amrut Cask Strength Indian Single Malt is so much more powerful and decadent with an oaky pop that starts light but grows. This is nice.

FINISH: Long - Waxy banana, oak, spice and, herbal pine and pistachio gelato mix into one of my favorite fades in recent whisky memory.

BALANCE, BODY and FEEL: Well balanced, full body and a warm, creamy, feel.

Our blended Straight Bourbon Whiskey offers a powerful nose of allspice, dark caramel, black pepper, and saddle leather – juxtaposed with fragrant floral notes of dark violet. The palate is a favorable balance of sweet and savory with a touch of spice – with notes of dark butter scotch, cocoa, cherry, and chocolate. The spice of Bourbon will follow through the long, warm finish with welcomed additions of honeyed oak, vanilla, black pepper, and turned earth.

An ever-changing specimen, Rhetoric is an experiment in how barrel maturation imparts a lasting impression year after year. Each new year results in an older and wiser limited release from remaining maturing stock. A conversation piece if there ever was one.

Each sip starts with a smoky, leathery nose that translates into vanilla oak, toasted rye, and dried fruits, and concludes with a long, full finish of cherry blossom and bitter chocolate.

Our sixth release, this 25-year-old Bourbon Whiskey has an aroma rich in oak and vanilla notes with hints of dried fruit, cherries and allspice. Oaky notes with nutmeg, caramel, and cocoa give way to a warm and slightly spicy finish.

Following the defeat of the British at the Battle of Yorktown during the American Revolutionary War, the territory west of the Appalachian mountains became known as Kentucky County. At the time, the territory was considered part of Virginia and was overseen by a military governor named John J. Bowman. In order to encourage westward expansion, Virginia issued pioneers who agreed to settle in Kentucky County "corn writs," which granted the pioneers 60 acres of land if they agreed to settle in Kentucky and start farming corn. One year after the defeat of the British, a Baptist minister named Elijah Craig emigrated to Fayette County (today, a part of the State of Kentucky) and purchased 1,000 acres of land in a town named Lebanon. In 1789, Craig built a distillery on his farm and is credited with being the first person to mature bourbon in charred, oak casks, earning him the title "Father of Bourbon Whiskey." Elijah Craig Small Batch Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey pays homage to Craig and his unique legacy. The bourbon is bottled from the marriage of fewer than 100 casks of maturing bourbon, each of which is rested in a Kentucky rickhouse for a minimum of a dozen years. The bourbon has an aroma of honey, sweet corn, vanilla, and brown sugar. The aroma gives way to notes of roasted nuts, creamy vanilla, molasses and tropical fruits on the palate, that are well-balanced by hints of dry oak and cinnamon. The finish is long and sweet and ends with a warming touch. This unique 18-Year-Old bourbon showcases Elijah Craig's Master Distillers' expertise, bottled solely from the contents of one barrel, this expression of bourbon-making craftsmanship is bold and robust. Bourbon for the whiskey connoisseur, this bottle has received countless awards for its smooth yet complex flavor, including 3 Double Gold Medals at the San Francisco World Spirits Competition.

After inheriting the family recipe in the late 1980s, Tom Bulleit set out to make his own version of the Bulleit Bourbon. "We have a distilling tradition in the family," says Bulleit. "It seems kind of odd that one would have a family recipe for bourbon, but in our part of Kentucky everyone has one." Today they produce a range of four Bourbons and one Rye Whiskey that have received numerous awards, and have become the Spirits of choice for cocktail drinkers around the world. Bulleit Ten Year Old Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey is made from a mash of corn, rye and malted barley. After the grains are harvested, they are mashed and fermented with a unique strain of family yeast. Following fermentation, the wash is distilled through a copper-still before being matured in charred, American oak casks for a minimum of ten years. "I may be biased, but I think Bulleit Bourbon is incredible at its traditional age of five to eight years," says Bulleit. "But it was exciting to see what happened to a select number of barrels aged a little longer. The result was a special expression of our family's bourbon that exceeded our expectations and we knew we had to bottle it and share it with our loyal fans." Bulliet Ten Year Old Bourbon has a dark caramel color, along with an aroma of toasted oak, rich caramel and sweet fruits. The notes of woody spices, cloves and oak give way to hints of dried fruits, light vanilla and spicy rye on the palate, and lead to a long, slightly sweet finish. The bourbon earned a score of 92 points from the Beverage Testing Institute in 2013, and a score of 91 points from Wine Enthusiast. In addition, Forbes Magazine called it "one of the best bourbons." "There's a difference between aging and maturity, and we'll never bottle bourbon until it's ready to reach the customer," says Bulleit.
