FAQ

  1. When will my order be processed?
    As soon as we receive your order, our fulfillment center will pack and ship your package within 4-5 days, provided that your item is available in stock. If the item was OOS, we will reach out to you with suggestions and will proceed based on your confirmation.

  2. Can I cancel my order?
    Once your payment is processed, our payment processor will charge us a non-refundable 3.2% of your payment. Therefore, if your order was not shipped upon receiving your cancellation request, we can refund your payment after deducting our payment processor fees.

  3. Who will ship my order?
    Our licensed retailers, Fulfillment Centers, will pack and ship your order.

  4. How can I place my order?
    For now, we can only accept and process the orders placed online on our website www.royalbatch.com.

  5. What type of payments do you accept?
    We accept all major credit/debit cards and Paypal payments.

  6. How I can contact you?

  7. Will you send me the order conformation and tracking number of my order?
    Once your payment is processed and accepted, you will receive a confirmation email with the order details. When the shipping label is created, you will receive a new email with the tracking number. Once your package is delivered, we will let you know via email. In case you did not see any of the above emails, please make sure to check your spam/junks mail folders. Once you find our emails, make sure to mark them as not spam or junk to receive any future emails.

  8. What if my order shipped and did not arrive?
    Once we email you the tracking number of your shipment, you will need to monitor your package arrival. If your shipment is marked as damaged, lost in transit, or does not arrive, contact us immeditately. Make sure to contact us within 30 days from your shipping date to be assisted with any shipping concerns. We are unable to investigate any shipments made 30 days after the shipping date.

  9. Can I change the shipping address?
    Sure, please emails us as quickly as possible the new shipping address and we will take the necessary action.

  10. What is Engraving?
    Our retailers are equiped with laser machines to engrave your desired sentence or logo on selected bottles. Engraved bottles serve as great gifts for friends and loved ones.

  11. Can you engrave a logo?
    Absolutely! You can pick an engravable bottle from our list. Once you send us your logo and/or message, we will be able to customize your bottle.

  12. What if I received a damaged bottle?
    Don’t worry! Customer satisfaction is our priority. Contact us at [email protected] and we will be happy to assist you.

  13. Can you have the carrier leave the package in front of my door?
    Absolutely not. All packages require an adult signature. It is your responsibility to be present when the package arrives to provide a signature. If you are not present after the second delivery attempt, your package will be returned to the sender as any package cannot be left unattended. This will involve extra shipping charges for re-shipping the package. In case you decide to cancel the order, the shipping and handling fees, in addition to our payment processor fees, will be deducted from your original payment before refunding it.
