About the Brand

The Herrera Brothers built their distillery high in the Sierra del Tigre mountains of Jalisco, Mexico, where the hot days and cool nights would allow for a unique aging process. Then they said adios to traditions once again, distilling their spirits in stainless stills instead of copper, and again them in new American oak casks.

Aged between 18 and 24 months in new American oak barrels, Insolito Anejo is a silky, well-structured tequila, High aromatic with notes of chocolate, nuts, and fried fruits, this is a tequila meant to be sipped and savored
