Aged gently for three weeks in French Oak barrels, this 100% agave tequila is perfect for sipping, delivering a subtle peppery flavor. It also serves as an excellent choice for crafting cocktails. The tequila is crafted using Valley agaves, slow-roasted in traditional stone clay ovens, ensuring a rich and authentic taste. Produced under NOM 1477 by Tequilera Puerta de Hierro, led by Leticia Hermosillo Ravelero in El Arenal, Jalisco.
Tasting Notes
Nose: Fresh green agave, hints of garden herbs, and a touch of alcohol.
Palate: Subtle peppery spice, grassy undertones, citrus notes, cooked agave sweetness, and a warming sensation of cinnamon.
Finish: Swift and pleasantly spicy.
