Crop Organic Spiced Pumpkin Vodka is crafted exclusively from USDA-certified organic grains grown in the American Midwest. Once the grains exhibit the perfect combination of plumpness and ripeness, they are harvested by expert farmers who refuse to use artificial fertilizers, pesticides or chemicals. Rather, these farmers control weeds by creating old-fashioned prairie fires, and rely on native birds and bats to consume insects in their fields. As a result, their farms are lush, complete ecosystems that flourish with all types of wildlife. Once the grains have been harvested, they are mashed and fermented at Crop's distilling facility in Minnesota. Then, the wash the liquid that remains following fermentation is distilled as many times as necessary in order to remove any impurities or unwanted flavors. That is, the vodka is distilled to taste rather than a specific number of times (the distillation process is so efficient that no carbon treatment or charcoal filtering is required). Following distillation, the vodka is macerated in a secret recipe of herbs and spices, including fresh pumpkin, nutmeg and cinnamon. As a result, it has notes of brown sugar and caramelized fruit that are complemented by notes of molasses, cloves and cinnamon. The finish is well-balanced, with slightly sweet notes of pumpkin that are accented by notes of pepper and warming spices.

Each winter, Marko Karakasevic, master distiller at Charbay Distillery, travels to Central California and selects organically grown, tree-ripened blood oranges at their peak maturity. The oranges are delivered to his distillery in St. Helena, California within three days and crushed skins and all by Marko (a 13th generation master distiller!) and his team. Blood oranges' distinctive crimson pigment is a result of high levels of anthocyanins, an antioxidant thought to protect against ailments such as cancer, inflammation and diabetes. Grown in cool climates, blood oranges are more intense than ordinary oranges and have unique, raspberry-like flavors in addition to typical citrus notes. Using a secret process that takes nearly six months, Marko and his team extract the flavor, color and antioxidants from the blood oranges. Some years ago, Master Distiller Harlen Davis Wheatley decided to embark on a project to craft the perfect vodka. Just steps from where Albany's first distillery an 18th-century rum distillery was once located, John Curtin and Rich Sicari, owners and distillers of Albany Distilling Co., are making the region's first local spirits since Prohibition, and are recapturing New York State's rich distilling heritage in the process. A self-described modest operation, Curtin and Sicari proudly craft their spirits one small batch at a time. Their emphasis on local sourcing and production is evident in their collaboration with Death Wish Coffee Co., another Albany-based business which purportedly brews the world's strongest coffee. Curtin and Sicari have been lending their expertise to Death Wish's Barrel Brand, which uses coffee beans aged in freshly-poured oak barrels from Albany Distilling Co., drawing out much of the spirit's flavor. Building off the success of this revolutionary idea, Albany Distilling Co. and Death Wish Coffee Co. have teamed up once again to create Death Wish Coffee Vodka. It seemed like a natural progression, says Curtin. Death Wish Coffee Vodka is made by marrying Albany Distilling Co.'s ALB Vodka, which is made from American corn and distilled six times, with Death Wish Coffee Co.'s cold-brew coffee. The result is a soft, bittersweet vodka with notes of chocolate, honey and coffee beans persisting from the nose all the way through the finish.

The first batch of Beluga Noble Russian Vodka was produced in 2002. It was the first and the dearest to our hearts! This was the result of the meticulous hard work of the Mariinsk Distillery masters. The refined, rich taste of Beluga Noble Russian Vodka results from its unique composition, mainly due to the malt spirit and the purest water of the Siberian artesian wells. The distinct, yet delicate cherry flavor of 44° North® Rainier Cherry Flavored Vodka is all natural and represents the result of an experienced farmer coaxing the best flavor, size, and color from a harvest.

Created in 2003, this unique vodka was one of the first luxury variants of the spirit to arrive on the market. It is inspired by old traditions where casks would be left outside in the freezing winter cold as a form of filtration. The grains are sourced from their single Kerschinskoye estate in the Tambov region of Russia, where the extremely fertile black soil yields grains of the highest quality. These are then meticulously inspected before being triple-distilled. The distillate is then shipped to the Latvijas Balzams facility in Riga, Latvia. The dilution takes place there using artesian well water, which is forced to the surface via natural pressure and pre-filtered while traveling through porous surfaces, as well as being particularly mineral-rich. After that, the spirit is filtered first using fine quartz sand, then charcoal. The third stage of filtration uses elit's signature freeze filtration.
