Blason Rosé is the first Rosé champagne created by Perrier-Jouët. Its name derives from the ‘Blason de France’ range, created by the House in 1956. Blason Rosé is a subtle blend of 50 different vins clairs from the best parcels of the House’s vineyards. Built on the model of the Grand Brut Non-Vintage, which is driven by the intensity of the Chardonnays in the blend, Blason Rosé is enriched by the addition of red wines.  The elegance and finesse of the Chardonnays (25%), blend with the structure of the Pinot Noirs (50% including the added red wines) and the fruitiness of Pinot Meunier (25%) – a grape with which Perrier-Jouët has acquired specific expertise. The cuvée ages for a minimum of three years in the cellars before a light dosage of 8 to 11 grams per litre is added depending on the year. An addition of 12 to 15% of reserve wines creates the consistency required to balance the Perrier-Jouët style with the climatic effects of the year. 

The prestige cuvée Belle Epoque is a generous vintage unveiling magnolia and honeysuckle flavours enveloped in pear and peach notes, enhanced by a hint of mineral sparkle.

Hervé Deschamps' Belle Epoque Brut brings out the freshness and elegance of the Chardonnays (50%) from the grands crus of Cramant and Avize. From the Montagne de Reims, the Pinots Noirs (45%) display a generosity and delicate complexity that prolong the Chardonnays’ finesse. Finally, the rounded charm of the Pinots Meuniers (5%) from Dizy provides the finishing touch to this beautifully balanced cuvée.

The prestige cuvée Belle Epoque Blanc de Blancs is the most accomplished expression of the Perrier-Jouët style, result of a year of contrasts. A single harvest, a single grape variety, a single terroir: the assemblage of this cuvée is a work of great precision. The Chardonnay grapes are sourced exclusively from two legendary vineyard parcels: Bouron Leroi and Bouron du midi, situated in the heart of the Côte des Blancs in the terroir of Cramant. Situated half way up the South-East facing slope in this exceptional Grand Cru, these two vineyard parcels benefit from exposure to the first rays of the early morning sun, encouraging a slow and even ripening of the grapes. Cellar ageing for eight years and a light dosage of 8g/l help to create an enticing and seductive wine with a wonderful balance between generosity and elegance. Vintages vary by location. The prestige cuvée Belle Epoque Rosé is a delicate, rich & voluptuous wine, the result of a year of nature’s generosity. Herve Deschamps has hand-crafted this wine with grapes sourced from the best terroirs in Cramant, Avize and Le Mesnil, the Chardonnays (50%) bring elegance and floral freshness to the blend.

A blend of 50 different Crus, Grand Brut expresses the quality and diversity of the Perrier-Jout winemaking tradition. Its assemblage creates a balance between the consistency of the Perrier-Jout style and the effects of the climate of the year.

With 12 to 20% of reserve wines added, Grand Brut is dominated by the elegance and finesse of the Chardonnays (20%) from the best vineyards in the Cte des Blancs.

The delicate structure is brought by the Pinot Noir (40%) primarily sourced from the Montagne de Reims and the Valle de la Marne, but also from the best Crus in the Aube region such as Les Riceys.

Pinot Meunier (40%) from the Valle de la Marne brings harmony, fruit and roundness to the wine.
