Tasting Notes

You will find distinctive flavors of dark chocolate, grain, and sweet tree fruits early, which are complimented by oak, spice, and a rich, full mouthfeel.

As you return to the glass you will find notes of dark caramel and chocolate covered cherries with aromatics of oak, vanilla bean, and hints of bread and tobacco. Overall, a distinctively pleasant, yet bold bourbon at 102 proof, for you to enjoy with the closest of friends and family. Each bottle is hand signed with its own barrel, proof and bottle number; there are no two alike.

Our NEW Steeple Ridge Cask Strength Straight Rye Whiskey: Our Cask Strength Rye has a mash-bill of 60% AC Hazlett Rye and 40% Wapsie Valley Corn, and is a SINGLE BARREL selection, bottled at Barrel Proof (106-120 proof). It is purest form of Rye Whiskey-straight from the barrel!

These barrels are our finest and have been hand selected after maturing for 2+ years. There are no two alike. Our dedication to producing premium spirits is represented in each batch; from tilling the soil, planting the seed, grain selection, distillation, maturation, and finally, bottling.
