Using only hand-sorted grapes and the purest water from historical springs in France, we ferment the grapes into wine,
and slowly distill it seven times into refined, pure spirits. After distillation, we select only the best lots to become
the ultimate hand-crafted, hand-bottled, small-batch JCB Spirits.
