HOW IT'S MADE

Dented Brick’s Limited Edition Barrel Finished Gin is something truly special – it combines our award-winning cold-macerated gin with a resting period in former-fill Chardonnay Barrels from Hell’s Canyon winery in Idaho to create a truly unique, oak-forward spirit. It’s brought to proof with the most important ingredient: artesian, limestone-filtered water, sourced directly from the snowy and majestic Rocky Mountains.

TASTING NOTES
This handcrafted flavored vodka has rich, tangy notes of fresh lemon and pomegranate juice, with a hint of cranberry. The sour notes subside on the back end, leaving you with a sweet, lasting finish.

Aroma: Caramel, butterscotch, vanilla, honey, lemon-cream, green grapes, oak.

Milled, mashed, fermented and distilled utilizing 100% rye grain, this spirit is matured for a minimum of two years in new oak barrels, then laid to rest in a former-fill cabernet barrel to impart a secondary finish. The result is a distinctive whiskey infused with the essence of fine red wine, creating a palate with complex notes of stone fruit, smoke, and spices. Dented Brick Limited Edition Barrel Finished Straight Rye Whiskey is brought to proof with artesian, limestone-filtered water sourced directly from the snowy and majestic Rocky Mountains, creating a unique flavor profile crafted from this pure and mineral rich water.

Today, this stamp certifies that the production of this whiskey meets the highest of standards. Milled, mashed, fermented and distilled utilizing 100% unmalted rye grain, this spirit is matured for a minimum of four years to create a soft, nuanced, yet balanced rye whiskey.
