Volcanic rock from the Eocene Era coats the floor of this spring and deionizes the water, contributing to Vodka Mariette's exceptionally pure flavor. As a result, Vodka Mariette has an incredibly delicate nose with touches of lime zest and butterscotch, which leads to a clean palate accented by whipped cream and slightly more citrus notes.
