Winter Barreled Gin barrel rested version of the Autumn Gin. The +6 months in the barrel adds notes of brown sugar, vanilla and caramel to the spice notes of clove and cardamom recipe. This is one crazy hybrid of gin and whiskey that holds up in an old fashioned or on its own with a cube.
