PaQuí Silvera is crafted to be the perfect sipping tequila with its inviting aromas, complexity and smooth glycerine like body. Our proprietary selective distillation process brings out the best of the agave while removing the fusil oils and congeners that make most tequilas burn. On the nose, aromas of fresh green grass and jasmine. On the palate, a burst of sweet agave fruit upfront followed by citrus, vanilla, white pepper, and a pleasant mineral note. Finishes silky and soft, inviting the next sip.

Distilled from 100% Blue Weber Agave picked at 25 to 26 brix in the Highlands of Jalisco, Mexico.

PaQuí Silvera Tequila Tasting Notes

Nose: Big fruity aroma of sweet agave. Notes of citrus, jasmine, and fresh green grass. Complex and inviting.

Palate: A rush of sweet agave with floral, grassy aromas, and sweet agave fruit upfront followed by vanilla, white pepper, and other herbal undertones including lemon and honeysuckle. Complex, smooth, and round with some minerality. Lively and subtly spicy upfront but finishes with gently lingering flavors and a soft, smooth finish.

Finish: Finishes silky and soft with a slight spice finish.
