Mil Diablos Mezcal Artesanal is crafted from 100% Espadín agave, carefully matured for eight years before traditional harvesting. The agave piñas are slow-cooked in earth ovens using pine wood, then crushed by a stone tahona wheel. Natural fermentation and double or triple distillation in copper pot stills create a mezcal with a rich, smoky character balanced by fresh herbaceous and caramel notes.
