Crafted on the volcanic soils of Réunion Island, Holmes Cay Agricole Rum is distilled from fresh-pressed sugarcane juice in a traditional Savalle copper column still. This unaged rum offers a vibrant, vegetal character with bright notes of green bell pepper, fresh-cut grass, and citrus zest.
