Guerra Seca Sotol
Guerra Seca Sotol – Ancestral Spirit of the Chihuahuan Desert
Guerra Seca Sotol is a bold and storied expression of northern Mexico’s untamed terrain, crafted with respect for centuries of tradition and native wisdom. This unique distillate from the Dasylirion plant reflects a deep cultural legacy, beginning as early as 205 AD with the Rarámuri people, who first fermented sotol as a ceremonial beer. By 1905, the state of Chihuahua produced nearly half a million liters of distilled sotol annually, used as a tonic, anesthetic, and spirit of resilience. Guerra Seca carries that same spirit forward with reverence and authenticity.
