FUYU is a powerful blend, and expression of the Japanese cellar masters blending mastery. This Japanese whisky is a blend of malts and grains from distilleries on Japan's Honshu island. A staggering 8 out of the total 9 distilleries are located on Honshu. Bottled at 40% ABV, this special label illustrates a giant dragon-like creature with several limbs. You can expect notes of caramel, vanilla and exotic notes of ginger, plum wine and an uncanny umami like quality.
