Hand-crafted in the village of Las Milpas overlooking rolling pastures and nestled among cornfields. Agave: Espadín. Naturally fermented and twice distilled in wood-fired copper stills. Nose of slate and tropical fruit, palate of citrus, lavender and pea shoots, with a long dry finish. ABV 46.
