David's Harp Citron Vodka
Owned for more than seven decades by the Mattas famiily, Mountain View Distillery is a artisan craft distillery located on the Mattas Family farm in Minaville NY, the only Passover micro distillery in the United States.
Their Handcrafted lemon flavor infused vodka is a clear, high-strength alcoholic beverage made from two base ingredients; ethanol and water. The purity of these ingredients are essentially one of the main factors that determine the mouthfeel and flavor of the kosher finished product.
Distilled from 100% fresh pressed New York apples and carefully blended with natural lemon flavor. The vodka is distinct from most Passover spirits which are made from molasses, giving it quite the unique flavor profile.
