Cutwater Devil's Share Bourbon Whiskey
Cutwater Distilling was originally part of the Ballast Point Brewing family, but has recently cut out on their own and holds the distinction of being the first distillery in Southern California since Prohibition. This is their flagship bourbon, winner of 3 gold medals and two double gold medals over the past 6 years at the San Francisco World Spirits Competition. The bourbon is created by taking just the hearts of the small batch distillate, and it is aged in new charred American oak barrels.
