Aging Process: Aged for a full three years in small, second-fill charred American oak casks, previously used for Bourbon
Estate Grown: 100% Blue Weber agave, hand-harvested from our fields in the state of Guanajuato
Double Distilled: Perfected by the French in distilling Cognac, the 400 year old Charentais distillation method allows for exceptional retention of aroma and flavor
TASTING NOTES
COLOR: Amber tones with hints of copper
AROMA: Cinnamon, pepper, and clove complement notes that elicit oak & herbs, with fruity aromas such as coffee, walnut, apple, & green pineapple.
PALATE: Smoke & oak flavors feature walnut, almond, vanilla, cooked agave, chocolate, cinnamon, & pepper.
FINISH: Long and lingering, with citrus, herbal, and floral notes.
