Handcrafted in the highlands of Mexico's Jalisco region, and made from the highest quality blue Weber agave, Don Julio Reposado is aged for eight months in American white-oak barrels. This golden amber tequila has soft and elegant hints of dark chocolate, vanilla and light cinnamon with subtle notes of pear, apple and lemon for a lightly honeyed and smooth flavor. Casa Obsidiana tequila is forged from the earth’s elements, bringing together the collective heritage and passion of two families, the Beckmanns and the Boissets. With a color reminiscent of our Blue Weber agave plants, our Reposado bottle is inspired by water’s fluid movement and ability to gently shape over time.

Each Casa Obsidiana vessel is handmade by Mexican artisans and ceramists and eloquently designed with Divine Porportion, also known as the Golden Ratio, in mind. The obsidian stone comes from the base of el Volcán de Tequila, nestled among the volcanic earth that nurtures our estate-grown Blue Weber agave. Each stone is carefully hand carved and polished by Mexican lapidary artisans. The Reposado’s obsidian stone equals the Golden Ratio measurement of 1.618 inches in diameter. The Blanco and Anejo obsidian stones are in Divine Proportion to each other, bringing the three stones together in perfect harmony of the Golden Ratio.

Tres Generaciones is a celebration of the heart of tequila. Founded by Don Francisco Javier Sauza, the third generation of the pioneering Sauza family, it honors Casa Sauza, the founding family of tequila. Made in Jalisco the very heart of tequila, Tres Generaciones uses 100% blue agave and is triple distilled that's one time for each generation.

Our bright gold tequila Reposado is made from 100% blue agave. Triple-distilled, then rested in American oak barrels for at least four months to give a smooth, sweet and spicy finish.

Our Reposado rests for two months in large oak vats to ensure minimal contact with wood, giving it a livelier agave taste than most wood-treated tequilas. It's light in color with a floral-vanilla scent and has a distinct, smoky finish.

1 oz Apple Juice
1 oz Apple Liqueuer

Tres Agaves Reposado is made in the small town of Tequila, Jalisco, Mexico using estate-grown, 100% de agave. It is distilled at El Llano, a 117 year old distillery by a 5th generation Master Distiller. Tequila Fortaleza is a small-batch, handcrafted tequila. It is made today with the same production methods that our family used to make tequila, over one hundred and forty years ago! We select each agave for ripeness before it is harvested, and cook them by steam in our small brick oven. We then use a two-ton stone wheel called a tahona to slowly squeeze the juices from the agave. After adding water from the volcanic mountain of Tequila and separating the fibers, we ferment the musto for 3 to 5 days. When fermentation is complete, we achieve our distinctive tequila by distilling twice in two very small, copper-pot stills.

Fortaleza Reposado is aged for 6 months in used American Whiskey barrels. The time spent in the barrels softens the tequila and adds notes of sweet butter and spice. Common aromas and flavors found in our reposado are: Cooked Agave, Citrus, Sweet Butter, Caramel, Vanilla, Toasted Creme Brle, Green Apple, Cinnamon, All Spice, Black Pepper, White Pepper, Jalapeo Pepper, and Dry Earth.

All of our tequilas are deliciously wonderful and complex, and can be enjoyed neat, or in a cocktail!
