Campari Milano Aperitivo Liqueur Bitter
Campari is a contemporary and charismatic classic that has remained unchanged throughout the years to the original formula. The creation of Campari was the result of the talent of Gaspare Campari, master drink maker and founder of the company. His experiments in concocting new beverages in Novara, in 1860, resulted in a recipe that still today remains a secret known only to the very few people in charge of the production process.
The 2016 limited edition art labels’ theme, “There’s no Negroni without Campari”, celebrated Campari’s pride in being the essential ingredient of the original Negroni recipe – an iconic mix of Campari, gin, and sweet red vermouth created by chance in Florence in 1919 by Count Camillo Negroni.
Crafted with a simple yet eye-catching design, the three Art Labels simultaneously emphasize the iconic elements of the Campari brand and the Negroni which, despite approaching its 100th birthday, is one of the most famous classic cocktails in the world.
Just as there is no Negroni without Campari, there is also no Negroni without the passion and creativity of the world’s bartenders whose imaginations have fueled hundreds of twists and reinterpretations of this iconic classic, all with Campari at the heart.
