Bound together by a passion for craft distilling, and even some bootleggers in their family trees, the trio purchased and refurbished an old bank in 2011, turning their vision into a reality. Known for their internationally award-winning ADK vodka, Adirondack Distilling Co. uses only locally sourced ingredients in their spirits. This 601 Bourbon is aged in new charred white oak barrels, for less than four years, and crafted from 100% local corn. This Gluten-free bourbon has just a hint of natural sweetness on the nose, this transitions into a depth of complexity on the palate with hints of vanilla, raisin with a spicy, peppery finish.
